The problem
Local cultural information is scattered across PDFs and institutional memory. It needs a navigable experience that turns that knowledge into routes and stops accessible from a phone.
How it's solved
A React + Leaflet frontend with routes, stops, offline saving (PWA) and an AI assistant that answers using the routes as sources. Backend on Fastify + MySQL + OSRM for geometry and durations.
