The problem

Running live radio usually requires expensive, complex streaming servers. A small foundation cannot sustain that technical infrastructure or the monthly cost.

How it's solved

A custom WordPress theme plus the MP3 Radio plugin (formerly LMC Radio). The foundation uploads shows as MP3, defines the weekly schedule, and the system plays them automatically based on time slots, with news, a blog and a persistent player.
